We provide valuable time management solutions to Realtors by providing best-in-class listing and transaction coordination services, along with several other key administrative and brokerage leverage services.

Your Coordinator

Rachel R. Sullivan - Owner

Raised in Michigan, but now a Tennessean for more years than she will admit to, Rachel has a strong background in commercial real estate and detail management. She served as a Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant for several commercial real estate companies in Nashville, Tennessee for 11 years. As an entrepreneur, producer, wife and mother, there is virtually no project she hasn’t already managed. Rachel is a detail-oriented list-maker who is all about the small things when it comes to serving others! Clients can always expect her best, as she strives to make life easier for those around her by using all her organizing superpowers to manage the mess and calm the chaos! When not harnessing the wind, she is finishing up the homeschooling of her two children (one has graduated and married--the other is in his senior year) and manages a home with her husband, three cats, a dog, and probably a foster dog or four (depending on the day) and treasures the days she can just crochet or watch movies!
